These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and kigame ("kigame," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kigame.net. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restriction of deposits and withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your kigame account at any time by contacting support. kigame reserves the right to close any account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kigame accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL/UBL/Meezan Bank/Bank Alfalah bank transfer, USDT TRC20, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and Skrill/Neteller e-wallets. kigame reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name.
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the kigame cashier at the time of transaction. kigame may impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers available on kigame are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. kigame monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and placing wagers that do not constitute genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, kigame may void all bonuses and associated winnings and close the account.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins not utilised within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically. kigame is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
6.1 Accepted Bets. All wagers on kigame are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any bet placed, including the selection, stake, and market. kigame will not void bets based on a claimed error in selection unless the error is attributable to a technical fault on kigame's platform.
6.2 Palpable Errors. kigame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a manifest error — including incorrectly priced markets, reversed odds, or system glitches that resulted in prices materially different from the fair market value. Decisions on palpable error are made at kigame's sole discretion.
6.3 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games on kigame use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer games use genuine physical equipment operated by trained Playtech dealers. kigame does not alter game outcomes after bets are placed.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by kigame at any time without prior notice.
